For example, if you add your logo<\/a> and many contact options \u2013 such as telephone, address, Twitter and Facebook page \u2013 to your email signature, you may strengthen the professional contact. Just by making it easier to get in touch with you and your company people feel that they can trust you. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So we are going to help you add a logo to your signature at Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo. Let us show you how to enable these options and make your email look more professional.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Gmail<\/strong><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s start with Google\u2019s option: Gmail. To add a logo, or other images to your <\/span>email signature<\/span> in Gmail you need to:<\/span><\/p>\n

1) Make sure the picture you want to add to your signature is available on a public web server. Or use a <\/span>free image hosting service<\/span> instead. Also pay attention to the image size. It should be around 640\u00d760 pixels.<\/span>
<\/span>2) Click the Settings<\/em> gear in your Gmail inbox\u2019s toolbar and<\/span>\u00a0select Settings<\/em> from the menu.
<\/span>4) Go to the General tab and m<\/span>ake sure the signature entry area is selected under Signature.
<\/span>6) Compose the signature\u2019s text and format as you wish<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>using rich formatting<\/span>\u00a0of your <\/span>signature settings<\/span>.
<\/span>7) Position the text cursor where you want the image to appear in your signature.\u00a0<\/span>Click Insert Image<\/em> in the signature\u2019s formatting toolbar. If you cannot see the Insert Image<\/em> button in the toolbar, make sure Inserting Images<\/em> is enabled.
<\/span>9) Enter the desired image <\/span>under image URL and c<\/span>lick OK.<\/span><\/p>\n

Microsoft Outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n

Believe it or not, Outlook is the easiest one for adding a logo to your email signature. It\u2019s slightly unbelievable only because Microsoft is losing market share to Google in the business email world.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, that doesn\u2019t change the fact that it\u2019s great for adding logos. You just need to follow 5 steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

1) On the homepage of your inbox, navigate to the upper-right hand corner to the cog icon and click Options<\/em>.
<\/span>2) On the left side of the Options screen, you\u2019ll see a laundry list of options. Scroll to the Layout category where you\u2019ll click on Email Signature.<\/em>
<\/span>3) You\u2019ll be sent to a page, where you can edit your email signature. The page gives you two options. Check the box next to: automatically include your signature on new messages you compose<\/em>.
<\/span>4) Once the box is checked, click on the box below to enter your signature field, from there, click the image icon in the left corner of the box to add your logo. Find your file on your computer and click open.
<\/span>5) Navigate to the save button above the field, next to discard, and click the save icon. You officially have a beautiful logo in your email signature!<\/span><\/p>\n

Yahoo! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Last but not least comes Yahoo!. To add an image you must open the image you want to insert in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.<\/span><\/p>\n

1) The image must be on a web server (its address must start with \u201chttp:\/\/\u201d). You cannot use an image that resides only on your hard disk.
<\/span>2) If you don\u2019t have a website, you can use a <\/span>free image hosting service<\/span> instead.
<\/span>3) If your image is larger than some 100\u00d7100 pixels, consider <\/span>shrinking it to more handy proportions<\/span> before you put it online.
\n4)\u00a0<\/span>To open an image that appears as part of a web page:<\/span><\/p>\n

In Internet Explorer:<\/span><\/p>\n

5) Click on the image with the right mouse button.
<\/span>6) Select Properties<\/em> from the menu.
7) Highlight the entire string under Address\/URL.
<\/span>8) Press Ctrl+C and c<\/span>lick OK.
<\/span>10) Highlight the address bar.
<\/span>11) Click Ctrl+V and p<\/span>ress Enter.<\/span><\/p>\n

In <\/span>Mozilla Firefox<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

5) Click on the image with the right mouse button.
<\/span>6) Select View Image<\/em> (or View Background Image<\/em>) on the menu.
<\/span>7) Press Ctrl+A then<\/span>\u00a0Ctrl+C.
<\/span>9) Open Yahoo! Mail and s<\/span>elect Options<\/em> | Mail Options<\/em> from the top right navigation area.
<\/span>11) Go to the Signature<\/em> category and f<\/span>ollow the Rich Text link, if available.
<\/span>13) Position the cursor where you want to insert your image and p<\/span>ress Ctrl+V.
<\/span>15) If you use an image uploaded to a free image <\/span>hosting service, c<\/span>lick on the image.<\/span>\u00a0Link<\/span> the image to the image\u2019s page address at the free image hosting service and c<\/span>lick Save Changes<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n
